Full-Time Program Manager II- Juvenile Justice

ISN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Justice/Office of Justice Programs (USDOJ/OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) division.

Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as primary subject matter expert for specific contract projects and tasks.
• Statistical data collection, analysis and methods.
• Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act core requirements.
• Juvenile and adult facilities.
• Performance audits and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards.

Abilities:

• Performing tasks independently.
• Leading a team.

Qualifications:

• Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Ability to travel to customer sites or facilities as needed.
• Master’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline; OR Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline.
• Experience with training and technical assistance programs is required.

Experience:

• Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming, project management, and training and technical assistance programs is highly preferred.
