About the role: We seek a Program Manager to join our PMO, supporting operational execution across product and non-product initiatives. You'll drive alignment, documentation, training, and project coordination to ensure team execution. You'll work closely with the PMO Senior Manager and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, tracking, and execution for initiatives (product launches, internal tools, policy changes).
- Manage project documentation, timelines, status updates, meetings, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate PMO project intake and prioritization.
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Support product readiness, features, and service changes.
- Draft and maintain SOPs, playbooks, FAQs.
- Support feedback collection and post-launch enhancements.
- Maintain visibility into launch milestones.
- Manage Confluence content hygiene.
- Create and maintain templates, formatting standards, and versioning logic.
- Track documentation usage, feedback, and accuracy.
- Coordinate onboarding content, training, and operational learning paths.
- Partner with functional leads to document processes for training.
- Configure and maintain internal training tools.
- Create guides, videos, and walkthroughs for tool adoption.
Skills Required:
- 6-8 years program/project coordination, internal ops, enablement, or documentation experience.
- Comfortable with multiple workstreams and changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and energized by execution.
- Effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficient in Confluence, Google Workspace, and Asana (or similar tools).
Bonus Points:
