What you'll do: You will coordinate existing programs for the CFPB and FHFA across all departments, handling all points of the client lifecycle. Intradepartmental collaboration is essential for program success. Ownership of multiple programs requires strong prioritization skills.
You will work remotely reporting to the EVP, Data Office and Client Ops.
Responsibilities:
- Organize programs and activities aligning with the mission and goals.
- Support all aspects of program management with CFPB and FHFA.
- Develop operating plans and deliverables for all programs throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage the quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to achieve program goals on time and within budget.
- Coordinate program portfolio delivery with Client Services Delivery, Account Development, Member Support, and other teams.
- Manage multiple internal programs concurrently while contributing to new client integrations.
- Champion and manage new projects to completion, improving operational processes and maximizing system resources.
- Perform business process redesign, change management, current state assessments, and future state roadmaps.
- Fluently switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution to enable engineering teams to deliver complex phases.
- Resolve communication challenges and build relationships with partners at all levels.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of program, project, and/or account management experience in a client-facing role.
- 5+ years of public sector experience.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Working knowledge of SaaS and PaaS technologies and concepts.
- Experience creating detailed demos tailored to customer pain points.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple programs and tasks simultaneously.
- Improve, document, and implement process changes and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree.
