Program Manager, Quality Assurance
We are hiring a Program Manager, Quality Assurance to join our Center of Excellence team.
About the role
Support all program implementation goals for success. Support operational improvements for core operations, including controls and monitoring, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Support the program across the organization and implement project management fundamentals and standards.
Reporting to: Operations Manager, Total Quality Management
Work Location: Blended work culture. Expected to come into the office at least two days per week if located in commutable distance to New York City, Tempe, or Los Angeles offices.

Pay Transparency:
California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington: $93,600 - $122,850 per year.
All other locations: $84,240 - $110,565 per year.
Responsibilities
- Organize and support daily activities based on program goals
- Trusted business partner/Quality SME
- Identify/prioritize optimization opportunities
- Partner with departments and stakeholders for operational excellence
- Lead new quality program through all phases (define to control design)
- Develop project plans, stakeholder communications, and change management
- Manage escalations, track and resolve program risks and milestones
- Support program retrospectives
- Track and monitor controls
- Develop tools and standards
- Develop meeting materials, track action items
- Manage project plans
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
- 3+ years strong project management or operational experience in health insurance
- 3+ years change management and process improvement experience
- 3+ years stakeholder management experience
- PMP and/or Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
- TQMS or other Quality certifications a plus
