Full-Time Program Manager, SRE

The Veeam Data Cloud team is looking for a Program Manager with expertise in the SRE domain to help coordinate and track the work of the SRE team and improve our Incident Management processes.

Ideal candidate: Passionate about coordinating and tracking work across teams. Expert communicator and understanding of mature SRE teams. Instrumental role in improving incident response and post-incident follow-ups.

Tasks Include:

• Collaborate with leaders and teams to organize, plan, and execute projects.
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and keep projects on track.
• Act as key point of contact between SRE and other teams.
• Drive improvements in incident management process.
• Act as Incident Leader for large-running incidents.
• Provide training and mentoring in incident management.
• Oversee post-incident reviews, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Define and track key incident metrics (MTTR, recurrence).
• Data-driven status reporting, clear communication of status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years managing operations focused projects in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of program/project management.
• Experience implementing and coordinating Incident Management processes.
• B.S. in Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent).
