Job summary:You will apply your program management expertise to advancing the UAS industry forward. You will manage multiple projects tailored uniquely to solve the complex needs of our commercial and government clients. This role requires strong program/project management skills, deep understanding of software implementation methodologies & best practices, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and various stakeholders at all levels to drive desired outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of multiple projects.
• Defining and managing program scope, objectives, and key results while balancing competing demands and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders as well as external customers to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project process
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones effectively
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, considering the unique challenges of UAS projects
• Maintain information security within your area of the organization
• Other responsibilities as assigned
