Job Details
LMI is looking for a Program Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will organize information flow, use tools like Power BI and Power Automate, and should have 3+ years of experience with government contracts and project budgets. The ideal candidate will manage project lifecycles, think critically, and promote business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee stakeholders and project schedule.
- Communicate with a geographically dispersed team.
- Resolve complex scheduling issues.
- Support consulting projects.
- Develop strategies and project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, or business consulting.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Soft skills: relationship building, communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- PMP certified.
- Experience with SAFe, ProSci, LeanSixSigma, CPBA, or LUMA HCD.
- Project management software knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and SDLC.
