As a key member of the Global Learning & Development (GLD) Program Success Team, this role is responsible for aligning our learning and enablement organization through strategic portfolio prioritization and operational excellence.
You will serve as a central connector across Program Success and the GLD learning supply chain, ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, resourced, and executed with clarity and consistency.
This role blends strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our most critical enablement efforts are delivered effectively.
You’ll work closely with leaders across Learning Business Partners, Learning Solution Studios and Innovation teams to drive visibility, accountability, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate prioritization ceremonies and ensuring thorough discovery and alignment across Program Success Centers of Excellences (COEs).
- Advance strategic initiatives by managing resource requests, enablement plan submissions, and project progression through GLD Project Management.
- Maintain and evolve a published catalog of available and leverageable COE programs to support transparency and reuse.
- Oversee budget planning and management for Program Success, ensuring financial alignment with strategic priorities.
- Establish and manage operational cadences, including recurring reviews, communications, and cross-functional checkpoints to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Coordinate strategic planning and execution cycles, including goal setting, progress tracking, and alignment across Program Success initiatives.
- Support executive visibility and decision-making by preparing strategic updates, dashboards, and insights that reflect progress against goals and surface risks or opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain standards for initiative tracking, compliance, and reporting to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of related experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations, or similar function; with exposure to strategic planning and cross-functional program management.
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies and analytics tools.
- Experience in learning and enablement, with a strategic mindset and operational rigor.
- Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable priorities and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on outcomes and impact.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, including senior leaders.
- Proactive, self-directed approach to managing deliverables and driving results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and engage stakeholders effectively.
