Full-Time Programme Manager

About the Job: The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities between different projects and/or workstreams in order to ensure the continuity and quality of engagements. The Program Manager should have familiarity with Information Technology and Information Security projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan.
• Ensuring the work meets Fishtech and the client’s requirements.
• Serving as the focal point for the client for all program activities.
• Responsible for the overall quality and standard conformance under the Statement of Work (“SOW”).
• Planning projects, meeting objectives, developing contingencies, and managing resources within the budget.

Requirements:

• Program management experience with leading large initiatives that involve significant business change.
• Excellent communication skills, including facilitating and influencing cross-functional meetings, championing ideas, and influencing key stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases.
• Deep understanding of leveraging data to make decisions that drive positive business outcomes.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, including facilitating and influencing cross-functional meetings and influencing key stakeholders.
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities, and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship-building style.
• Self-motivated, committed, and accountable.
