Full-Time Project Administrator

The OpportunityInCharge Energy seeks a highly organized Project Administrator for the EPC Department in North America. Reports to the EPC Ops Lead.

What You’ll Do

• Administer Procore Project Management and Financials.
• Develop, maintain, and update Procore and Salesforce Reporting.
• Assist in organizing the EPC Operations annual budget.
• Serve as Purchase Order Administrator (issue Purchase Orders).
• Manage Sub-Contractor Bills for approvals.
• Ensure Qualifying Individuals and Professional Engineering licensing is up-to-date.
• Ensure project-level permitting file packages are completed.
• Manage Permitting applications for Project Managers.
• Maintain and ensure licensing, performance and payment bonds are up-to-date.
• Ensure Project Closeout Archiving requirements are met.
• Perform routine audits of Project Manager Files.
• Maintain and update a department-wide budget management system.
• Assist with Engineering Deliverables for Consulting Services.
