As the newest member of our talented team, you’ll be a key component in managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You are a self-motivated, collaborative professional with at least 5 years of professional full-time experience who thrives on the nuances of architectural project management.

How you’ll spend your day:
- Overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from inception to completion, including developing scope, schedule, budgets and project plans
- Presenting design concepts and project updates to the team and client stakeholders
- Managing all documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits and design specifications to meet codes and regulations
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues timely and effectively
- Working collaboratively with your team
- Jumping in wherever you can to help bring our projects to life!
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture and at least 5 years of professional full-time experience with an architectural firm and 2 years of recent experience in a project management role
- Technologically savvy with an advanced level of hands-on competency with REVIT and coordinating engineering drawings
- Ability to apply architectural design principles and construction processes to diverse projects
- Demonstrated project management skills and proficiency with mainstream project management software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Nimble and strategic problem solver
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and pride of ownership!
