Full-Time Project Control Planner/Scheduler (Remote)

AECOM is seeking a Project Control Planner / Scheduler for remote work supporting various transportation programs and projects.

The role provides full-time support to transportation projects, managing project data, reports, schedules, and budgets.

Support Project Control Managers, Project Managers, and Discipline Managers in daily client needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding planning and scheduling concepts and their impact on financial performance.
• Familiarity with data sources and support for basic schedule development.
• Schedule analysis, identification, and investigation of variances.
• Collecting and updating data, and creating and updating scheduling reports.
• WBS development and maintenance, and support for activity coding.
• Gathering and assembling data for schedule updating and project progress measurement.
• Data gathering for schedule baseline development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting methods.
• Understanding CPM scheduling concepts and developing basic engineering, procurement, and construction logic.
• Understanding scope control, change management, and earned value methodology.
• Supporting monthly report preparation.
• Potential participation in planning and scheduling meetings.
• Understanding scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 6 years related experience, or demonstrated equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4+ years in Construction industry
• Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, Construction Management, or related fields
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
