Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our team supporting a technology client’s data center infrastructure program.
- Collaborate with construction teams and internal departments.
- Support project cost management, financial forecasting, and risk identification.
- Provide preconstruction support and historical cost analysis.
- Manage internal and external project budgets using project management software.
- Lead monthly forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- Manage vendor invoice review processes and ensure accurate quarterly accrual reporting.
- Facilitate change order routing and review.
- Conduct monthly project financial health reviews and maintain risk registers.
- Support financial closeout and collaborate with site schedulers.
- Assist with programmatic initiatives and process alignment.
