Job Details
AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Supervisor to oversee Project Controls staff. This remote role supports the East Environment Business line. The Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations (DOO) and lead both onshore and offshore (EC) Project Controls teams.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for providing Project Controls support for the planning, safe execution, and delivery of Environment projects.
- Supervising and training a Project Controls team.
- Serving as Project Controls support across a portfolio of projects/PMs and providing proactive and hands-on support to project managers.
- Ensuring appropriate scheduling tools and processes are in use by the project team.
- Providing support to Project Managers.
- Fostering career growth of project controls staff.
- Supporting project managers and project team members with invoicing and cash collection strategy.
- Assist with communicating consistent project management practices and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS + 6+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 6 years of experience with project/financial management software and tools, specifically Oracle. Minimum of 6 years of experience providing project controls support at an environmental/engineering consulting firm. Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
