Full-Time Project Controls Technician I

AECOM Honolulu is seeking a Project Controls Specialist I to support our civil infrastructure team.

Under direct supervision, follows written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned and standardized tasks.

Applies basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.

Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.

Introduced to procurement process and updates various tracking logs for subcontracts and purchase orders.

Support project team in the initiation of purchase requisitions in Coupa for new subcontracts and modifications.

Prepares and distributes weekly expenditure and purchase order reports.

Monitors project field equipment and supply expenses, and creates ways to reduce costs.

Performs monthly review of client invoice documentation for accuracy and billability.

Coordinates with other discipline teams.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Minimum requirements: High School degree
