Job Details
The Project Coordinator supports successful project delivery by assisting Project and Program Managers. This role is an entry-level gateway into project management.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Support the preparation of client-facing materials.
- Monitor task progress, assist in identifying risks and issues.
- Assist with resource tracking, time entry compliance, and internal reporting activities.
- Facilitate meeting logistics and support communication between project stakeholders.
- Utilize PSA tools for data entry and reporting.
- Other PMO related duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Service-minded, self-driven, curious, consultative, detail-oriented.
