The Project Coordinator prepares customers for the implementation of our product solutions, including planning, organizing, communicating, consulting, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
The Project Coordinator maintains records of project status and outstanding obligations, and communicates status and estimated timelines of a large portfolio of brands to Project Management Leadership.
The Project Coordinator applies best practice in project management and technology implementations, promotes and demonstrates a passion for process improvement and service excellence across all projects.
A successful candidate is efficiency-driven, detail-oriented, technically proficient, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and performs as a confident and collaborative team leader.
You will be a key enabler for long-term successful customer relationships, from contract signing to kickoff, pulling strings internally and externally to ensure successful deliveries in terms of scope, time, efficiency, and quality.
Weekly contact and coordination with customers and establishing a good and professional relationship is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer details and requirements for onboarding.
- Facilitate communication between customers, internal departments, and partners to develop clear project plans and deployment documentation for Project Managers.
- Ensure optimum customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and escalate customer questions before Project Manager handoff.
- Work with Project Managers across multiple projects to organize efficient customer deployments.
- Report on customer progress and updates weekly, documenting accurate details in CRM software.
- Identify process improvement areas and share recommendations with the team.
- Export, compile, and analyze data from multiple systems for leadership reports.
- Evaluate and resolve onboarding obstacles with project leads.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure success.
- Develop deep product knowledge and speak eloquently about the product.
- Demonstrate competence in the implementation cycle.
- Empathize with customer problems.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience as an Account or Project Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
- Project management experience and working with team and partners to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing a larger number of low-touch customers.
- Experience delivering technology-driven solutions.
- Strong cross-functional relationships.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and desire to exceed client expectations.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Superb time management skills.
- Experience with remote and global resources.
- Experience with Notion, Clarizen, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Google Team Drive.
