Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank. We have offices in Kansas City, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City.
Role Description: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding client experience for our internal stakeholders and fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments strategic partners. You will report to a Senior Program Manager and be responsible for facilitating the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects to improve internal and external processes.
- Advocating for change management.
- Managing deliverables through completion.
- Maintaining awareness of program and project milestones.
- Reporting on status completion.
- Leading and coordinating internal partnership projects.
- Managing reporting and tracking of partner onboarding.
- Creating and overseeing rollout of Asana spaces.
- Facilitating content governance and change management.
- Developing and maintaining partnership metrics and reporting.
- Communicating project expectations and timelines.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Supporting program managers in partner meetings.
