Full-Time Project Coordinator

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. We operate an FDIC-insured bank. We have offices in Kansas City, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City.

Role Description: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding client experience for our internal stakeholders and fintech Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments strategic partners. You will report to a Senior Program Manager and be responsible for facilitating the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects to improve internal and external processes.
• Advocating for change management.
• Managing deliverables through completion.
• Maintaining awareness of program and project milestones.
• Reporting on status completion.
• Leading and coordinating internal partnership projects.
• Managing reporting and tracking of partner onboarding.
• Creating and overseeing rollout of Asana spaces.
• Facilitating content governance and change management.
• Developing and maintaining partnership metrics and reporting.
• Communicating project expectations and timelines.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
• Supporting program managers in partner meetings.
• Managing all project aspects, including scheduling, logistics, and overseeing team activities.
• Providing regular project status updates.
• Developing repeatable onboarding programs for new team hires.
• Participating in team initiatives.
