Full-Time Project Coordinator

Join a cutting-edge AI company. This fast-growing team is building technology to help businesses work smarter. They're seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer engagements.

• Meeting Support & Follow-Ups: Attend customer meetings, take notes, track discussions, and document action items. Ensure all tasks are captured and followed up on. Work with the Project Team Lead and Sales/Customer Success teams to distribute post-meeting deliverables.
• Task & Workflow Management: Log meeting summaries, customer insights, and next steps. Assign, track, and follow up on action items. Assist in CRM hygiene by updating contact records.
• Customer Engagement Support: Conduct pre-meeting research to prepare the team. Coordinate internally to align on engagement strategies. Support analysis and outreach efforts.
• Process Improvement & Utilization: Leverage tools to automate meeting notes, task tracking, and CRM updates. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies. Provide feedback to enhance processes.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Success, or Project Coordination
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Experience using task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams
