Full-Time Project Coordinator (Junior / Experienced) (REF3450V)

Join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team and support large-scale projects adhering to PMI and T-Systems project management standards. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with the team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, mediating demands, expectations, and issues.
• Monitor project progress, analyze processes, and produce regular status reports.
• Manage and support daily project team activities, including facilitating telephone conferences, international meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Handle project administration tasks, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, templates, and reports.
• Lead smaller projects or smaller parts of more complex projects.
• 2-5 years of experience in project administration.
• College/University degree.
• Advanced fluency in German (B1/B2) and English (B2/C1).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in international teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SVN, ITIL Foundation, basic data analytics, O365, MS Project, and Visio.
