Full-Time Project Coordinator, Product Operations

• Manage project timelines, schedules, and status updates.
• Track hiring milestones and onboarding logistics.
• Prepare executive updates in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up with owners.
• Assist with vendor tracking and document organization.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Deliver weekly progress reports.
• Extract and transform data from various tools.
• Coordinate Jira workflows and reporting.
• Optimize Jira boards, filters, and dashboards.
• Ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with reporting tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of project management/coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
