POSITION OVERVIEW
Our PMO is seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to support large-scale technical integrations and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Prepare concise PowerPoint and Word-based reports.
- Deliver weekly progress reports and program status snapshots.
- Use data to identify trends, risks, blockers, and opportunities.
- Extract and transform data from various tools for reporting.
- Apply data cleansing and validation procedures.
- Build visuals, charts, and dashboards.
- Seek opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks.
- Support program managers with coordination tasks.
- Assist with vendor tracking and document organization.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Maintain a bias for action and support team transparency.
Essential Skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI)

Travel: 25% (international and domestic)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (7:00 am - 7:00 pm), flexible shifts
