Full-Time Project Delivery Specialist

• Provide oversight and light execution support for small to medium-sized project deliverables.
• Build and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder updates.
• Track deliverables, project milestones, and action items through clear data entry and documentation practices.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and updates in real-time and follow up on open items.
• Coordinate with business teams to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project tasks.
• Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional working groups to support project execution.
• Assist in managing project-related communications and documentation across departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in project support and coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (slide creation, formatting, data visualization).
• Solid understanding of basic project management concepts and tools (e.g., timelines, task tracking).
• Strong data entry and documentation skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
