Exciting role with significant growth potential to build new capabilities within the NAVLIN ecosystem of products that help pharmaceutical companies commercialize and launch medicines globally via market access and pricing data & software.
The NAVLIN Insights pillar aims to integrate data and software to generate unique KPI metrics and reporting dashboards for evolving strategic customer needs.
Building visualization tools and dashboards using existing/internal data and external/third-party data to track comparative performance and benchmark competitive success.
Location: London (UK), open to other locations.
Working across pricing software, price & access data, and analytics to lead innovative offerings that meet varied customer needs.
Ideal candidate: Experience working in/with the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in pricing/market access; experience in developing B2B software/data products.
Engaging with customers, translating their needs into internal product development cycles. Working with a team of 200+ professionals serving 100+ customers collaboratively on global pricing, market access, and real-world evidence challenges.
- Collaborate with customers to define price & access challenges/solutions, needs, and outcomes, and manage product roadmap execution.
- Lead solution and consulting projects to assist clients in optimizing price & access decisions and insights.
- Create new reporting dashboards and enhance existing ones.
- Manage execution of the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Translate customer requirements into wireframe mock-ups and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize agile release backlog.
- Work with teams to implement requirements and manage testing.
- Assist in selling, planning, organizing, and leading pricing/market access projects.
- Engage in broader client engagements (consulting, new product development, thought leadership).
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Health Policy, or related field is a plus.
- Significant (3+) years of experience in pharmaceutical price and market access.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, HighCharts, Qlik Sense).
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Software/data product ownership/management experience.
