Full-Time Project Director

This role focuses on building new capabilities within the NAVLIN ecosystem, helping pharmaceutical companies commercialize medicines. It involves developing new KPI metrics and reporting dashboards using internal and external data to track performance and benchmark competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to define price and access challenges.
• Lead solution and consulting projects to optimize price and access decisions.
• Create and enhance reporting dashboards based on client needs.
• Manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into product functionalities (wireframes/user stories).
• Manage agile release backlog (functionality, UI/UX, back-end, front-end).
• Implement requirements with software and data product teams, managing testing.
• Assist in selling, planning, organizing, and leading projects related to pricing and market access.
• Engage in broader client engagements (consulting, new product development).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical price and market access.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Software/data product ownership or management experience.
• Knowledge of database management, enterprise architecture, and systems analysis (desired).
• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Economics, Health Policy) is a plus.
