Full-Time Project Director / Change Consultant

We are looking for a consultant to manage the service line of our client's internal cloud offering, the mission includes project management and change management. An interest in the Azure offer is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work on communication to create engagement for the service offering internally.
• Work on the service catalog according to the expected service levels.
• Analyze the return on financial investment and the documentation associated with the service offering.
• Understand the products delivered on AZURE, in order to facilitate communication with the delivery teams.
• Pilot/organize/report the overall activity of its projects
• Manage the AZURE product offering in order to strengthen the service catalog
• Manage the resources that will be entrusted to you and coordinate the actions of all stakeholders
• Anticipate as much as possible and assess the technical and functional risks with or without the technical teams and propose countermeasures
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and the smooth running of recipes on the different phases of the project
• Organize integration, pilot, acceptance tests and the transfer of skills to customers or client service providers
• Understand and analyze customer needs, be an important player in raising opportunities through its positioning in various client projects

Location: La Défense, with 2 days of remote work and 3 days on-site.
