Full-Time Project Director - Industrial Hygiene

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
• Oversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&S projects.
• Ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging EH&S trends.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with clients to define project goals.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EH&S consulting.
• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and grow teams.
• In-depth knowledge of California environmental regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CIH, CAC, or PG/PE are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
