Full-Time Project Engineer (Remote)

• Design & Engineering: Review bid specifications, process designs, and perform detailed design, calculations, and equipment specifications for industrial water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Documentation & Drafting: Collaborate on drawing development (PFDs, P&IDs, tank drawings, piping drawings, equipment layouts), perform CAD drafting for process diagrams and technical drawings, and prepare equipment lists, specifications, and purchase requisitions.
• Procurement & Quality Control: Evaluate supplier proposals for technical compliance, schedule, and budget, recommend optimal suppliers, and conduct vendor shop inspections.
• Construction & Commissioning: Perform site visits, provide technical support during construction, troubleshoot technical issues, develop and execute checkout/commissioning plans, and commission mechanical and electrical equipment prior to startup.
• Project Management Support: Attend technical meetings, ensure engineering best practices, assist with project scheduling and execution planning, and develop resource forecasts for engineering activities.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil preferred).
• 5+ years of work experience in a related field required.
• Experience in AutoCAD software is required. AutoCAD Inventor/Plant 3D or other 3D modeling, including piping beneficial.
