What You'll Do: You will coordinate existing programs across departments for CFPB and FHFA clients throughout their lifecycle. Intradepartmental collaboration is essential for program success.
You'll own multiple programs, so prioritizing effectively is key.
You will work remotely, reporting to the EVP, Data Office, and Client Ops.
Skills Required:
- Organize programs and activities aligned with mission and goals.
- Support all aspects of program management for CFPB and FHFA.
- Develop operating plans and deliverables for each program lifecycle.
- Manage deliverable quality, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely and budget-compliant program completion.
- Coordinate program portfolio delivery with Client Services Delivery, Account Development, Member Support, and other teams.
- Manage multiple internal programs concurrently while contributing to new client integrations.
- Champion and manage new projects to completion, improving operational processes and maximizing resources.
- Perform business process redesign, change management, current state assessments, and future state roadmaps.
- Fluently transition between strategic overview and detailed execution to support engineering teams.
- Resolve communication challenges and build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of program, project, and/or account management experience in a client-facing role.
- 5+ years of public sector experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Working knowledge of SaaS and PaaS technologies.
- Experience creating detailed, customer-focused demos.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to improve, document, and implement process changes and improvements.
