Intern Project Management Intern

We are seeking a Project Manager Intern to join our team at ATPCO.

As an intern, you will assist the Scrum Master in leading a talented group of developers, analysts, and testers.

Your role involves collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to conduct agile ceremonies and utilize tools like JIRA for effective task management.

Bring your technical skills in Excel, SQL, and JIRA, and join us in driving impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Scrum Master to manage a diverse team.
2. Utilize JIRA for task management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
3. Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
4. Ensure agile principles are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Create presentations for the business team to showcase product development progress.
6. Use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
7. Develop and document end-to-end process flows (e.g., onboarding).
8. Coordinate with multiple teams to implement process improvements.
9. Utilize Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and dashboarding.
10. Leverage Aha and Jira for task representation and analysis (as needed).
11. Continue using JIRA for task management.
12. Collaborate with the Platform team, InfoSec team, and other stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
13. Coordinate with different teams to plan and execute project tasks efficiently.
