Full-Time Project Management Office Manager

PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for creating and maintaining policies/processes to help Product & Technology teams deliver customer value incrementally and continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and implement projects.
• Work closely with scrum masters and team members to implement agile methodologies and best practices.
• Guide and mentor PMO team members to help their personal and professional growth.
• Coordinate with product management on prioritizing and grooming requirements for development teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks/roadblocks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and present project metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
• Design and perform effective retrospectives for continuous improvement of processes and teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SAFe methodology and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills in managing distributed team members.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
