Full-Time Project Management Sr. Analyst

What will you be doing?You will identify improvement opportunities, plan, prepare, execute, and assess solutions to create value, maximize growth, and improve operational performance through objective advice and processes. You'll understand Finalis' operations, conduct analyses, meet with stakeholders, identify issues, form solutions, prepare proposals, present findings, and implement recommendations. You will work with internal and client-facing teams to understand gaps between needs and delivery capabilities and develop solutions across policies, processes, and technology. You'll develop operating maps, plan cross-team initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders, particularly the operations team. Focusing on strategic objectives, you'll coordinate processes across policy committees, ensuring planning, preparation, and execution of workflows linking policies, processes, and technology development. You will proactively manage internal and external resources with minimal supervision, applying appropriate criteria to emerging issues. You will report to the Head of Operations.

Who are we looking for?

• At least a Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in management consulting, business process management, or process mapping.
• Demonstrated finance industry experience preferred.
• Understanding and experience with Python, appScript, and AWS Cloud preferred.
• Systems-oriented problem-solving approach.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to facilitate between stakeholders and across functions.
• Strong teamwork skills in a dynamic, fast-growing team.
• Innovative problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Flexible personality and ability to cope with challenges.
