Full-Time Project Management Team Lead

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 Project Managers
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top PM talent
• Establish and enforce rigorous project management standards
• Oversee team capacity planning and resource allocation
• Foster a collaborative culture

• Personally manage select complex client implementations
• Serve as an escalation point for challenging project situations
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients
• Assist in managing the change order process

• Minimum 8-10 years of enterprise project management experience with SaaS implementation success
• Minimum 4-6 years directly managing and developing Project Managers
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification is an asset
• Post-secondary degree in project management, business administration, or related field

• Deep expertise in traditional and agile project management methodologies
• Proven financial acumen with project budget management
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in utilities

• Exceptional ability to coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers
• Comfortable setting high expectations
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage performance issues

• Deep methodology knowledge
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
