- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements.
- Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to implement improvements.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success.
- Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation.
- Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security.
- Act as an AMS Platform subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
- Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize impact align with long-term business goals.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including other members of the Implementation team and the Product team.
- Act as the voice of the customer with Product to advocate for product improvements and evaluate roadmap decisions.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience ideally with Mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
- Have experience establishing third party integrations, specifically within the salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred
- Experience in the Association industry preferred
- Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
