Full-Time Project Manager - Applied AI Engineering

• Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and best practices for applied AI.
• Oversee the integration of applied ML and computer vision technologies into civil engineering workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Support the deployment of AI systems in operational environments, including cloud-based platforms and field-ready hardware.
• Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
• Support the adoption of modern MLOps practices, data pipelines, and orchestration tools.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead project meetings, track milestones, manage risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external clients.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and demonstrations.
• Facilitate collaboration within and across business lines.

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field +6 years of related experience.
• Project management or technical leadership experience in AI, ML, and data-driven engineering environments.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and orchestration tools (Docker, Airflow).
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required.

• PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in civil engineering domains.
• Hands-on experience with applied ML, computer vision, or emerging technologies like NeRFs or LLMs.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
