Full-Time Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for managing the execution of projects, working within budget, schedule, and scope constraints. They manage risks, ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing project teams and establishing schedules.
• Assigning responsibilities and integrating vendor tasks.
• Determining resource requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards (internal and external).
• Analyzing and recommending solutions for new product launches, product discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies.
• Managing project budget, scope, client deliverables, timelines, and artifacts.
• Anticipating client needs and proactively making recommendations to enhance service value.
• Presenting project readouts to clients and leaders.
• Leading 3rd party vendor communication/coordination meetings.
• Recommending changes/updates/enhancements to current platform and vendor integration.
• Building relationships with internal business owners.
• Monitoring project plan activities to deliver on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Managing all aspects of project communications.
• Reporting regularly on progress, costs, schedules, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and matters requiring support.
