Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor software development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and a collaborative environment.
- Utilize tool management for effective sprint planning, issue tracking, and reporting, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply Project Management standards (PMBOK and Agile) for high-quality project execution.
- Ensure project alignment with compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust project plans for timelines and quality.
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and feedback, adjusting workflows for increased productivity.
