Full-Time Project Manager

Project Management Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation for Avery Dennison's Solutions in the Logistics industry segment. Collaborates with management teams to translate strategic goals into actionable projects and develop plans for successful execution. Provides project risk assessments and status reports to executives.

Planning and Execution:

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, forecasts, and status reports. Leads project meetings and actively tracks progress.

Problem Solving and Risk Management:

Forecasts potential problems, assesses risks and solutions, and plans alternatives. Identifies and resolves issues proactively. Balances schedule, scope, and cost constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Creates project plans aligning efforts from multiple functional areas (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, IT). Leverages methods and tools to accelerate timelines, improve cross-functional collaboration, and build quality into projects from the outset.

Team Management:

Manages interpersonal dynamics within global project teams, building consensus, negotiating changes, and holding team members accountable for commitments.

Client and Vendor Management:

Works effectively with internal and external clients, third-party vendors, and senior management to achieve project objectives.

Capability Transfer:

Serves as a role model, providing focused training to enhance organizational project management capacity.
