Full-Time Project Manager

Boost IT is a Portuguese technology consultancy company, integrated into one of Portugal's most entrepreneurial groups, with investments in over 30 companies. We aim to be the most dynamic, energetic, and reliable company in the market. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Project Manager.

Tasks:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and network projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budget).
• Coordinate with IT, network engineers, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Project Manager, focusing on infrastructure/network projects.
• Proven experience working with Active Directory (AD) in a project management context.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network technologies (servers, networking, cloud).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
