Full-Time Project Manager

Canyon GBS is seeking a dedicated, highly adaptable Project Manager ready to support the Founder across various high-impact projects. This role is multifaceted and service-oriented, involving operational planning, customer support, special projects, implementations, and partner engagement.

You'll closely collaborate with the Founder to ensure seamless execution of priorities, supporting initiatives that drive company success and bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to completion, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (partners, funders, customers) to support initiatives and build strong relationships.
• Provide logistical and hands-on support for travel and onsite engagements, ensuring smooth meetings, events, and special project execution. Must be flexible with travel.
• Assist the Founder with daily priorities, special projects, and task execution.
• Offer operational support across departments, ensuring processes stay on track.
• Assist with customer support, implementations, and partner initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, communications, document preparation, and general administrative support.
• Take on various responsibilities; no task is too big or small.
