CBIZ, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication and manage project timelines, demonstrating expertise in methodologies like Scaling Up or EOS.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects across multiple teams. Ensure effective communication among geographically dispersed teams. Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Methodology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Scaling Up, EOS, or equivalent. Apply relevant tools to enhance project management.
- Technology Management: Utilize project management software to facilitate team collaboration.
- Deadline Management: Monitor project deadlines and address any delays.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address project-related issues promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Certification in Scaling Up, EOS, or other methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 years of experience in related field.
- 3 years supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with business operating frameworks.
- Ability to manage all phases of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
