Our Project Management team is integral to ensuring effective processes. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
What you'll do:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day project needs for on-time completions.
- Create and maintain a project schedule.
- Organize work and focus the team.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and clients.
- Forecast deficiencies, risks, and unrealistic expectations, finding solutions.
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications, smooth delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Follow-up on all aspects of the project.
- Manage tasks, deliverables, and track feedback.
- Supervise the project status tracker and keep clients informed.
- Secure necessary information and assets from clients.

You should have:
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
- Proficiency in Asana (preferred) or other task-management tools.
- Comfort using Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Salary Information: $70,000 - $83,500
