Join our team at Convergint Federal (CF) as a Project Manager. Manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering integrated security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Oversee field operations: site assessments, installations, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage field personnel and subcontractors.
- Implement quality assurance processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
Specific day to day duties:
- Create and Submit Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting Agenda and Minutes
- Create and Submit Weekly or Monthly Reports
- Verify Monthly Man Hour Reporting
- Forecast Labor, Vendor and Subcontractor Costs, and ODCs
- Maintain Project Budget and WIP
- Conduct Subcontract Negotiation, Issue, and Maintain Purchase Orders
- Invoicing of Customer and Approving Subcontractor Invoices
- Submission of Deliverables and Invoicing in RMS
- Attend Kick-off, Site Survey, Progress or Quarterly Site Visits w/ CEHNC, PVT
- Review of SVAPP, APP and Assist with AHAs as necessary
- Create and Submit QASP
- Submit and Maintain Project Schedule
- Create Milestone / Progress Payment Schedule
- Track Drawing Package w/ Engineering. Review and Submit Deliverables
- Create and Submit RFIs, ECPs, and REAs
- Create Service Orders and Maintain Service Order Log
- Schedule Customer Training Maintain Sign-offs
- Review and submission of As-built Drawings
- Submission of O&M Manuals
- Submission of Cybersecurity Artifacts
- CPAR Self-Assessment
- Final Invoice and RoC
- Create and Submit Letter of Warranty
- Track Warranty Claims
Requirements:
- High School or GED diploma required
- 3+ years of project management experience in the security or technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- United States Citizenship
- Active Driver’s License
- Security Clearance: Secret
