Full-Time Project Manager

• Build startups from the ground up.
• Prepare documentation, quotations, and contracts.
• Define scope of work, customer journey, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with designers to create mockups and prototypes.
• Coordinate and lead design, tech, and marketing teams.
• Ensure effective communication using Jira, Google Drive, and Slack.
• Learn quickly, adapt, take initiative, and improve as a team.
• Prepare and present documentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct research, evaluate feedback, and iterate on designs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with tech development processes.
• Able to switch between high-level analysis and low-level problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Some negotiation experience.
