Job Details
Customs Support Group (CSG) is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team and help drive key digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.
The Project Manager will work out of Poland and will be responsible for managing and coordinating group-wide projects across 3 countries.
Tasks:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, facilitate communication, and present project status reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and execute training programs.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track project expenses.
Profile:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international context
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional German is a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starter
Preferred:
- Experience with customs, logistics, or supply chain projects
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
