Job Details
Job Description: Responsible for leading the work team in project development. Ensures client and organizational needs are met by establishing strong communication, implementing best practices, and adhering to area-specific processes.
- Collaborate with management on contracts and legal documents.
- Support management in forming the project team.
- Prepare initial project budget.
- Support management in performance evaluations.
- Collaborate on team member improvement plans.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to understand needs and define project requirements.
- Coordinate accurate estimates.
- Coordinate project plans including: quality control, costs, scope management, communications, risks, and schedule.
- Assess and document risk impact, coordinating appropriate management.
- Document project work items (stories, tasks).
- Manage team resources (tools, facilities, materials, equipment).
- Lead team on process issues relevant to the project.
- Manage project communications (internal, external, stakeholders).
- Follow up, review, and report project progress against objectives.
- Evaluate and monitor project risks and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate support and maintenance at project closure.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, identifying resources for project success.
Requirements:
- Agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Strong communication management
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Project constraint management (time, scope, cost, quality)
- Software development fundamentals
Desirable Knowledge:
- Software engineering processes (development cycle and quality control)
- Software quality assurance (various testing types)
- Process groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure)
- Risk management
- Technical documentation
- Software efficiency and performance
Academic Training: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Administration, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
Language: C1 Technical and Conversational English (Common European Framework).
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years project management experience in progressively complex projects.
