Full-Time Project Manager

Job Description:Responsible for leading the work team in the development of projects. Ensures client and organizational needs are met through effective communication, project best practices, and adherence to established processes.

1. Collaborates with management on contract and legal document creation.
2. Supports management in project team formation.
3. Prepares initial project budget.
4. Assists management in performance evaluations.
5. Collaborates on team member improvement plans.
6. Works with stakeholders to understand problem, define needs, and elicit requirements.
7. Coordinates accurate project estimates.
8. Coordinates project plan creation (quality control, costs, scope management, communications, risks, and schedule).
9. Assesses and documents risk impact, coordinating appropriate mitigation strategies.
10. Documents project work items (stories, tasks).
11. Manages project resources (tools, facilities, materials, equipment).
12. Leads team on project-relevant process issues.
13. Manages project communication (internal, external, stakeholder).
14. Monitors project progress against defined objectives, and provides regular reports.
15. Evaluates risks during project implementation, monitoring mitigation actions.
16. Coordinates project support and maintenance efforts.
17. Develops a high-performing team and identifies resources for project success.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project constraints (time, scope, cost, quality).
• Understanding of software development fundamentals.

Desirable Knowledge:

• Software engineering processes (development cycle, quality control)
• Software quality assurance (various testing types, test cycles)
• Software project process groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closure)

• Technical documentation
• Software efficiency and performance

Academic Training:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science, Administration, or related) or equivalent.
• Scrum Master Certification (desirable)

Language:

• C1 Technical and conversational English proficiency (Common European Framework).

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in progressively complex projects.
