Full-Time Project Manager

• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of policies and work instructions.
• Leads project recovery efforts.
• Participates in the budgeting process, jointly with Management.
• Ensures projects follow execution best practices and EPE policies.
• Monitors and controls project financials.
• Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks.
• Ensures that projects are formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
• Acts as key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues.
• Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Develops project execution staff through formal and informal mentoring and coaching.

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum five years of related experience in managing Turnkey EPC Electrification/Generation projects.
• Candidate should hold a PMP certification.
• Experience in leading EPC projects.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.
• Ability to identify opportunities and lead proposal / pursuit efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous consulting experience preferred but not required.
