Job Details
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead operations, product development workflows, and client communication across their DTC brand and white-label partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Workflow Management: Optimize SOPs for product development, manufacturing coordination, and client onboarding.
- Product Development Oversight: Coordinate with manufacturers on formula adjustments, ingredient sourcing, and QC.
- Client & Brand Partner Management: Act as the main point of contact for Amazon aggregators, content creators, and white-label clients.
- Marketing & Growth Support: Assist with content planning for social media and affiliate/creator outreach.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate production or shipping delays and proactively propose backup plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across time zones.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking under tight deadlines.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the supplement, skincare, or health & wellness industry.
- Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify, including listing creation and compliance.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Confident in using AI tools to streamline operations.
