Full-Time Project Manager

Elite Technology is seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to lead strategic implementations for large UK-based clients. This role focuses on managing complex on-premises to cloud migrations, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Lead full-cycle project management for major client implementations (including complex on-prem to cloud migrations).
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables; manage dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and executive updates.
• Collaborate with clients for seamless cloud transitions, minimizing disruption.
• Provide strategic guidance on implementation best practices.

What you'll need:

• Proven track record managing complex software implementations, including cloud migrations.
• Experience with law firms or within LegalTech.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
• Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or ERP systems (preferred).
